RETURN
To make a return, you must first contact us. Depending on the reason for your request, an arrangement will be made.
Noexchangeon merchandise already in use. You have 14 days following receipt of your purchases to submit a written request via email for an exchange request, including the reasons for your request. Return postage costs are at the customer's expense. Tailoring times are to be taken into consideration.
Norefundon merchandise already in use. You have 14 days following receipt of your purchases to submit a written request via email for a refund request including the reasons for your request. Return postage costs are at the customer's expense. We strongly recommend that you use packages with tracking. If the item is sent in an untracked envelope, the losses will be assumed by the customer and Astéria Créations disclaims all liability.
CANCELATION
No cancellation of an order in progress will be made.
Promotional codes: In the event that you forget to enter your code, there will be no cancellation of invoice or correction.
No change of address will be made either. An order cancellation will be offered the 5th week of a pre-order when we know it will be delivered late.
