No mention is required for the use of the design as is. It is absolutely forbidden to take back our designs and modify them without our approval.
You CANNOT sell it or give it to someone else. All items are intended for personal use and limited commercial use for small business use only or redistribution is not permitted under any circumstances.e.
You therefore obtain a license allowing you a non-exclusive use of the product by a third party. final, not its elements, and it does not in any way own the design in itself, which remains the property of Astéria Créations.
The commercial license remains the exclusive property of the purchaser as long as it is registered with the enterprise registrar and in office. If the company closes or goes bankrupt, this license is no longer effective.
